The implementation coordinator ensures a successful implementation through orchestrating activities, facilitating meetings, and integrating technologies. The implementation coordinator will serve as an assistant to the lead Project Manager.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of client onboarding working directly with client stakeholders and internal departments to ensure flawless execution
  • Apply Configuration and validation of client setup within application
  • Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to ensure a successful implementation
  • Identify and monitor project objectives to ensure project stays on track.
  • Gather and document all project results and report results to appropriate teams.
  • Managing all aspects of an implementation project from start to finish, including documentation of appropriate client implementation forms, organizing, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process.
  • Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure all changes have been implemented successfully.

Design and coordinate training programs for organizational and position level development as well as compliance. Working alongside all teams to ensure relevancy and alignment with organizational objectives. Reports to the Director of People Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with team leads to understand training requirements.
  • Support team leads in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with organization objectives.
  • Curate training materials across teams.
  • Initiate and maintain the learning management software and resources.
  • Work with team leads to design and implement various types of training to optimize ramp-up time including, but not limited to online, classroom, workshops, coaching, and job shadowing. 
  • Assess the success of training plans for continuous optimization. 
  • Support team leads with training administrative tasks including, but not limited to scheduling and assembling training materials. 
  • Ensure all training materials and resources remain accurate, relevant and on brand.

  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems and knowledge base software.
  • Knowledge of learning/training content creation.

  • Manage and deliver on data analytics and reporting requests for both existing and prospective clients
  • Design and execute a strategic data architecture vision and roadmap that is focused on improving OccuNet’s data tools
  • Ensure procedures are in place to enable queries for any type of data or knowledge

Reduce turnaround time and number of disputes through efficiently advocating on behalf of clients and members to come to fair and reasonable agreements while upholding superior customer service levels.

Within the OccuNet company, our contracting team is critical to our success and directly serves our end beneficiaries by working with providers to establish fair prices for healthcare services. Due to the negotiations-driven, collaborative nature of these roles, we are looking for individuals that will relentlessly strive to drive healthcare savings for beneficiaries and are able to establish strong relationships with providers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reduce the number of future disputes through judiciously identifying and initiating opportunities to partner with providers by building relationships and referring them to the Alliance team
  • Evaluate and negotiate claims while actively tracking negotiation queues and cataloging all communication
  • Develop continuous knowledge on current medical procedure pricing and rules related to Medicare and CPT codes
  • Identify value-capture opportunities and provide direction in developing national and local network strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal partners to support contracting initiatives in business planning processes
  • Assist in member advocacy programs in relation to balance billing

Industry Expertise and Skills

  • Deep expertise in hospital, ancillary, and professional reimbursement rates for resolution of disputes across all lines of business
  • Strong networking ability and proficiency in establishing relationships and evaluating partnership opportunities
  • Deep contracting and negotiation skills, including but not limited to contract preparation and implementation, financial analysis, and rate proposal development 
  • Knowledge of provider groups in geographic areas as well as interrelationships across the competitive landscape
  • Foundational understanding of medical cost containment products including but not limited to reference-based pricing, out-of-network, and pharmacy benefits manager solutions
  • Knowledge of medical billing including CPT and ICD 10 coding

  • Experience in developing and managing hospital or provider group relationships and instituting partnerships preferred

  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow Alliances by actively identifying providers with multiple balance bill agreements and referring them to the Alliance team 
  • Rigorously approach complex negotiations of reimbursement rates, payment structures, and term changes to maintain and build best-in-class balance bill agreements with providers
  • Facilitate and initiate enhancements to contracting and negotiation processes for balance bill agreements to maintain best-in-class turnaround times
  • Provide direction and assist in developing national and local network strategies by identifying value-capture opportunities
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to improve internal systems and procedures to meet client needs

Industry Expertise and Skills

  • Deep expertise in hospital, ancillary, and professional reimbursement rate contract negotiations, and single case agreements across all lines of business
